Comparing the flutes on the faucet to the flutes on the drain.
The drain flutes are still rough, raw copper. They need to be tuned, sanded, polished and plated.

They should clean up nicely.
The Build
This is the setup for forming the fluted drain pipe.
This is the Machine that holds the forming dies and pounds out the form. The tube tied to the table supports the little plastic forming mandrel inside the drain pipe.
