Hi there! I’m an artist,
I invent, observe, distill, resolve, comment, start dialogs, ask questions . . . and make stuff. Most of the time, it is a lot of fun.
When not consumed by my own projects we work with others to help them realize their dreams, solving problems, building custom objects, making special tools.
The company was founded in 1971, adopted its name, The Mettle Works, several years later and has been providing quality doohickies to the public ever since. Located in Otsego, MN (Elk River post office,) we employ over 2 people if you include the dog and do all kinds of awesome things for kicks.
